TANDEM è un centro di formazione per adulti riconosciuto dal 1985. Siamo ben noti:
- per il nostri moderni corsi di lingua straniera
- per la qualità e l’efficienza del nostro personale servizio
- per la qualità dei corsi di aggiornamento.
Qui gli studenti apprendono in piccoli gruppi, di 10 persone al massimo, con il supporto di didattiche e metodi moderni. Il tuo livello di conoscenza della lingua è il punto d’inizio dei nostri corsi. Il nostro motto “…più che imparare una lingua!” fa riferimento in modo particolare ai viaggi studio e progetti, come i nostri corsi con programma culturale.
Il nostro operato è stato approvato dal controllo qualità di sistema “Weiterbildung Hamburg”, vantiamo dunque il certificato di qualità dei nostri corsi di formazione culturale linguistica. Il nostri standard di prim’ordine sono monitorati e valutati regolarmente.
Siamo anche stati sottoposti all’ispezione di TANDEM International, che ha certificato a approvato il nostro lavoro; gli standard di qualità sono vincolanti per tutte le scuole di lingua TANDEM e sono consultabili al sito dell’organizzazione.
Siamo stati inoltre certificati dal “CSN” (Centrala studiestödsnämden) in Svezia, per gli studenti che intendono studiare il tedesco o un’altra lingua straniera all’estero.

Claudia Kohl is in charge of the school's internal management. She is responsible for schedules, courses, finances, and advertising. If you would like a special course, for your special needs, one that isn't mentioned here or in our brochures, just tell us what you're planning, and we're sure we'll find a solution.

In the office you will meet Gesa Wiegrefe, your contact for students, teachers and clients.
Gesa understands best how the school works, she will explain the programme, our fees, and she is in charge of finding accommodation for our foreign students.

She is supported by Melanie Wolfgart, who also cares for our customers and business partners here and on the phone. On top of that, Melanie is in charge of students' accommodation, and she is our mediator of TANDEM language exchange partnerships.

Language Department

Georgia Ravenborg co-ordinates our German classes, she creates and collects materials and holds regular teachers' meetings with our staff. Georgia is also responsible for the TestDaF examinations at TANDEM Hamburg.

Corrie Gerhard is the other part of this tandem. She is also responsible for methods and materials, and she is concerned with the production of an innovative language course in our Socrates project 'Accessible Language Learning'.

TANDEM Hamburg is conveniently located in the west of Hamburg, in Altona. It is noticeable to this day that Hamburg's "sister" used to be a town on her own until 1937. Today Altona is the favoured place to work and live in for a colorful mixture of people from all corners of the world. Many young people live there.
In Altona you'll find everything that makes Hamburg attractive: peace and liveliness, culture and commerce, the old and the new.
