TANDEM International was founded in order to accredit and represent private, independent language schools in Europe and overseas. There are many varied TANDEM Schools all over the world.
TANDEM International sets the Quality Standards for its member language schools and ensures that these standards are met.
TANDEM International is a member of WYSETC (World Youth Student & Educational Travel Confederation) and ALTO (Association of Language Travel Organisations).
TANDEM member schools, language school representatives and travel agencies attend the TANDEM International Meeting once a year. The workshop always takes place in a TANDEM City.

TANDEM language courses
Our highly qualified teachers offer French, German, Italian, and Spanish classes in small groups. Language courses at TANDEM schools range from general classes for all ages to highly specialised courses for professionals, as well as language study combined with internships, cultural activities, or other options for career advancement, academic study or travel.

The Tandem® Foundation
The
Tandem® Foundation is the academic arm of the schools, dedicated to research methodology and training service. All schools work with
the Tandem method developed by the Tandem Foundation, which consists in
counting on a native partner, the so-called tandem, to work out the
classroom theory in a day-to-day and personal interaction.
